Cancellation Policy

At Imagination Institute of Hypnotherapy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or withdraw from your enrollment. We strive to be fair and transparent in our policies while maintaining the quality of our programs. Please review the following cancellation policy, which outlines the terms and conditions of canceling your enrollment:

1. Enrollment Cancellation: Once you have enrolled in our hypnotherapy school and made the tuition payment, you are officially enrolled in the program. If you decide to cancel your enrollment for any reason, the following policy applies:

2. No Refunds on Tuition: We have a strict no-refund policy on tuition fees. This means that once you have made a tuition payment, it is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances surrounding your cancellation. This policy applies to all students, regardless of the program or course they are enrolled in.

3. Transfer of Enrollment: In certain situations, we may consider transferring your enrollment to a future cohort or program within a specific time frame, subject to availability and our discretion. However, this transfer option does not apply to tuition paid, and it is solely an arrangement to allow you to complete the course at a later date.

4. Extenuating Circumstances: While we maintain a no-refund policy on tuition, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances that prevent a student from completing the course. If you believe you have an extraordinary situation, such as a severe medical condition or other major life events, you can reach out to us with supporting documentation. We will review each case on an individual basis, and our decision will be made at our discretion.

5. Course Materials and Resources: If you have already received access to course materials, resources, or any other content related to the program, you will not be eligible for any refund or partial reimbursement for these materials upon cancellation.

6. Notification of Cancellation: To cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing, either through email or physical mail, providing your full name, contact information, and the reason for your cancellation.

7. Effective Date of Cancellation: The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive your written notification. Please note that any course progress or assignments completed up to the effective date of cancellation will not be eligible for any refunds or reimbursements.

By enrolling in our hypnotherapy school, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy, including the no-refund on tuition clause. We encourage you to carefully consider your commitment to the program before enrolling.
